Hi, I’m Allison.

it is so nice to meet you.

I am grateful to have the title of psychotherapist, and I hold this position with honour for your healing process. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit and that connection is medicine. I am here to walk beside you, and hold the light of your highest good. You are worthy of a life you feel grateful for.

Allison (she/her) is a registered psychotherapist that facilitates healing through modern and holistic counselling practices. Allison enjoys learning, working, and exploring in the traditional territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation (Collingwood) under Treaty 18. In between sessions she can be found teaching or practicing at the local yoga studio, swimming in Georgian Bay, or at home relaxing with her cat and family.

Allison’s approach in counselling and teaching comes from a trauma-sensitive, culturally-informed, and socially-just lens. Allison empowers her clients to be the expert of their story: she facilitates the reclaiming of their strengths, rewriting of their narratives, and releasing of their fears. Trust, authenticity, and humility are the values that guide Allison’s work with clients. She is passionate about the integration of spirituality and psychology for whole-being wellness
